Kasia provides text and advisory services to cultural organisations, artists and design studios for projects relating to editorial, research, creative direction, and communications. She previously worked with The Future Laboratory mapping culture to inspire strategic direction.

In 2021 she established the Díla network to offer mentorships for young refugee women who want to pursue creative career paths, connecting imaginative and ambitious individuals who have recently arrived in Europe with its established community of arts professionals. Díla has so far supported emerging practitioners in literature, fashion, painting, and marketing.
